Unable to add or remove the resourse from VMs in ESXi 5.0 host after removing from Vcenter

After removing the ESXi 5.0 from Vcenter server, whenever you edit any VM to do some ammendment, it reflects an error "Access to resource settings on the host is restricted to the server 'x.x.x.x' which is managing it."

Symptoms:

Whenever you will try to edit or remove any HDD or any resource from the VM, it wont allow you to do that. It happens with even newly deployed VM.

Enviornment:

Running enviornment is ESXi 5.0 & Vcenter 5.0.

#cd /etc/vmware/vpxa

/etc/vmware/vpxa# cp vpxa.cfg vpxa.cfg.original

/etc/vmware/vpxa# rm vpxa.cfg

/etc/vmware/vpxa# /etc/init.d/hostd restart

/etc/vmware/vpxa# /etc/init.d/vpxa restart

It will solve your issue like magic.
