Creating User, applying MFS & roles on it using AWS IAM service

Excercise-1  Creating a user with only EC2 administrative access who can not access other AWS services.

Excercise-2  Allow the above user with programmitec access who can access the AWS even without login credentials.

Excercise-3 Making a account secured with MFA (Multifactor Authentication).
